A standard commercial end-of-lease clean takes between three and eight hours depending on the size and condition of the space. Larger tenancies or spaces left in poor condition will take longer. Jas provides a site-specific time estimate with your written quote so you can plan your vacate and handover timeline accordingly.

Do I need to be present during the end-of-lease clean?

No. Most commercial end-of-lease cleans are completed without the tenant present. You provide access — whether that is a key, an access code, or a building manager contact — and we take it from there. A completion report is provided when the clean is finished so you have documentation to present to your property manager.

What happens if the property manager finds something that was missed?

If a property manager or landlord identifies something during the final inspection that falls within the agreed inclusions scope, Jas will return and rectify it before the new tenant takes possession. This is confirmed in writing as part of your service agreement. We do not consider the job finished until the inspection is passed.
