The 6-Point Office Cleaning Check
1. The bin liner
The bin liner should be replaced on every visit — not just the bin emptied. A bin with no fresh liner means the cleaner skipped this step or ran out of time.
2. The kitchen bench
Run your hand across the bench surface. It should be dry and clear with no residue. A wiped-but-not-cleaned bench leaves a faint film. A properly cleaned bench surface is dry and streak-free.
3. The microwave
Open it. The turntable and interior walls should be clean. The microwave is one of the most consistently skipped items in a rushed office clean.
4. The toilet base
Look at the base of the toilet where it meets the floor. This area collects contamination and is one of the first spots skipped when a cleaner is behind time.
5. The door handle underside

6. The entry glass
